Our close cooperation with local processors enables us to act fast and be flexible on market demand. Filleting, freezing and packing are just a few of many services we are able to offer. We deliver the best fish at the right price. With our pro-active method we conquer a traditional world. “Frozen fish, fresh mentality” we call that.
From several corners of the world we source our fish. The product comes straight from factory trawlers or from land-based factories.
From the source we take the product via container or truck to a local coldstore where we check the goods on quality and presentation. The product can either be re-processed or shipped straight to customers all over Europe.
In South Africa we work together with factories that deliver hake to us on a consistent year-round basis. Goods are shipped by container to Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
From the cold waters in the northern pacific we source alaska pollack and several flatfish species. The pollock is caught by factory freezer trawlers, filleted, graded and packed into blocks. The blocks are imported via containers into Rotterdam, Netherlands.
The majority of the blocks are used by local fishshops for a deep-fried dish, known as "kibbeling".
